Naturally leavened baked confectionery product.

INGREDIENTS: type ‘O’ soft wheat flour, sultanas, sugar, butter, candied orange peel (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), fresh egg yolks, natural yeast (contains wheat), emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids (of vegetable origin); invert sugar syrup, fresh pasteurised whole milk, salt, natural flavourings. May contain nuts, soya and mustard.

ALLERGENS: CEREALS CONTAINING GLUTEN (wheat, rye, barley, oats, spelt, kamut or their hybridised strains) and derived products. EGGS and egg-based products MILK and milk-based products (including lactose) May contain nuts, soya and mustard.

DESCRIPTION: Dough made with natural sourdough starter. Dough mixing and rising carried out using automated production and control systems. Baking at different temperatures in a continuous oven. Natural cooling (at ambient temperature and pressure). Packaging. - Shape/Appearance: tall cylinder with a typical dome, amber-coloured (light brown) crust, straw-yellow dough with raisins and candied orange. - Net quantity per unit: 750 g - Texture/Flavour/Smell: Soft, fragrant, with hints of raisins and candied orange.
