Naturally leavened baked confectionery product.
INGREDIENTS: Type ‘O’ soft wheat flour, fresh eggs, sugar, butter, fresh pasteurised whole milk, natural yeast (wheat flour, water), fructose, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids (of vegetable origin); salt, brewer's yeast, flavourings. May contain nuts, soya and mustard. Ingredients in icing sugar sachet (4%): sugar, wheat starch, flavourings.
ALLERGENS: CEREALS CONTAINING GLUTEN (wheat, rye, barley, oats, spelt, kamut or their hybridised strains) and derived products. EGGS and egg-based products MILK and milk-based products (including lactose) May contain nuts, soya and mustard.
DESCRIPTION: Dough made with natural yeast. Dough mixing and rising carried out using automatic production and control systems. Baking at different temperatures in a continuous oven. Rapid cooling. Packaging. - Shape/Appearance: truncated cone with star-shaped pattern, amber-coloured crust, straw-yellow dough - Net quantity per unit: 750 g (including 30 g sachet of icing sugar) - Texture/Flavour/Smell: soft, fragrant.
